Toll restriction is intended to provide Mid-Rivers' customers access to the local exchange telephone service, 911 and toll-free numbers, yet restrict them from accessing the long-distance toll network. Such service would prohibit the subscriber from dialing either 0 + or 1 + or both and restrict domestic as well as international toll calls. Also available is Toll Restriction with PIN, which prompts the user to enter a PIN number in order to make long distance toll calls.
